Curated by Chef & Partner Vinny Lauria, the menu at Della Terra changes daily and always reflects what’s in season and what’s available. We are deeply rooted in Italian cooking traditions whilst making the most of the incredible bounty that this island has to offer. Everything is homemade and everything is fresh.
DRINKS
Our wine list includes natural & biodynamic wines from around the world, with special attention to the Italian coast and islands that best reflect the terroir of Bali. We emphasize classic cocktails and those that dance to a seasonal rhythm, using fresh local ingredients and Italian bitter liqueurs.
PEOPLE
We’ve had countless adventures in search of the best produce available in Bali. Along the way we’ve met some amazing people – from the farmers in the hills of Bedugal to the fishermen of Yeh Gangga. At Della Terra the food on your plate is deeply connected to this mythical land.
