CORN BY THE SEA
Since our first visits to Bali decades ago, we fell in love with the beautiful simplicity of perfectly seasoned, buttery charred fresh corn, grilled over charcoal and enjoyed with sandy feet at sunset. We’ve captured the spirit of this age old tradition in our Bali Beach Corn Agnolotti – a creamy ravioli stuffed with charred corn and served with tomato butter, local koti cheese and sambal calabrese.
