MEET THE CHEF

Partner & Exec Chef Vinny Lauria has been cooking since he could stand on chair next to his Nonna. He’s worked extensively in his native New York and throughout Asia – setting up restaurants in Hong Kong, Singapore, Manila and Hanoi.

Vinny has a culinary degree from the prestigious Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI and worked at Michelin starred Sheen Falls Lodge in Kenmare, Ireland. At just 22 years old, he achieved his first Head Chef position at Bravo! Ristorante, in downtown Denver, Colorado. He then moved to New York City to become the Sous Chef of acclaimed Babbo Ristorante and Michelin starred Enoteca.
